So you have made a booking and it's been confirmed by the Host. What do you need to do on the day of pick up?

Guest Steps (for Business Vehicle) : 

1. Meet at pick up time / location and pick up the keys

2. Provide your booking confirmation number (and always have your driving license with you)

3. Take pictures of the front, sides and back of the vehicle for your records, including photos of any dents, scratches or damage that already exists 

4. Check the vehicle has approx 80% charge

5. The Host can give you a brief overview of the vehicle, ask any questions you have about starting or charging the car

Guest Steps (for Peer-to-Peer Vehicle) : 

1. Meet at pick up time / location and pick up the keys

2. Provide the owner with your booking confirmation number (and always have your driving license with you)

3. Take pictures of the front, sides and back of the vehicle for your records, including photos of any dents, scratches or damage that already exists 

4. Check the vehicle has approx 80% charge

5. The Host can give you a brief overview of the vehicle, ask any questions you have about starting or charging the car

You can find all of the pick up and drop off steps when you login to your Zoom EV account, go to the booking and click on it to view the detail. Simply go to the 'Stuff you should know' section and see the pick up and drop off steps! It will tell you what you need to do for that particular booking.
