Get ready for drop-off

So, you're nearing the end of your trip and you're going to return the EV, what do you need to do?

Guest Steps (for Business Vehicle or Peer to Peer) : 

  1. Leave enough time to find a nearby charge point (link to Zap Map) and charge to approx. 80% charge

  2. Leave the vehicle clean and tidy and remove your personal items

  3. Meet the Host (and wait whilst they complete their checklist with you) and return the keys 

  4. Take pictures of the front, sides and back of the vehicle for your records, including photos of any dents, scratches or damage 

  5. Rate and leave a review of the Host

You can find all of the pick up and drop off steps when you login to your Zoom EV account, go to the booking and click on it to view the detail. Simply go to the 'Stuff you should know' section and see the pick up and drop off steps! It will tell you what you need to do for that particular booking.
