When sharing an EV on the platform, you must take photos before and after your sharing session to make sure you are covered by insurance should there be a claim and they have to use these photos as evidence. Here's our simple guide as to what we recommend.

Make sure the image is taken in daylight, the photos are clear not blurred, take some at a distance and any photos of damage more closely.

Save these on your phone / laptop for future reference. They will automatically have a timestamp.

Take a picture of:

• The front

• The back

• The left side

• The right side

• All wheels

• Any damaged parts (internal / external)
