How does the subscription work?

What is it?

The EV Driver Benefit Bundle is an annual subscription that gives you beneficial rates on:  

  • Home charging 

  • Public charging  

  • Energy Tariffs 

  • Parking 

  • EV Accident after-care

 

How does the subscription work?

The annual subscription gives you a 12-month window from the start of the subscription to use the benefits with our partners. After the 12 month window, you will lose access to these benefits unless you renew.  

 

When will it renew and will I be warned?   

We will contact you by email 3 weeks ahead of your renewal date (which you can find in 'My Bundles' when logged into your Zoom EV account) to let you know that your Bundle is due to renew. You can chose to cancel your subscription at this stage (or before, any time up to 24 hours before the renewal) or if you do not cancel, we will automatically renew it for you so you keep on having access to great EV benefits.

On renewal, we will provide you with a new discount code which you may need to re-apply on our partners’ websites / apps to continue receiving the benefit / discount offered by them. 

How much will I pay for renewal?  

In 'My Bundles' you can find your Bundle and it shows you the price you will pay on renewal. You may have received the first year of your EV Driver Benefits Bundle free from one of our Partners (such as Hendy or Jardines for example), so when it comes to the renewal you will likely pay Zoom EV's standard RRP which is currently £39.99.

Why is it the same price for renewal if I've already used some of my benefits?

We are continuously adding benefits throughout the year to ensure you get great value from our Bundle. This means you may have access to new Partners / Offers that you didn't previously have.

You can on an annual basis get access to ongoing discounts in our bundle such as public charging, parking and electric accident aftercare.

How do I cancel? 

You can cancel your subscription at any time for the year ahead by logging into your Zoom EV account on our website and going to the 'My Bundles' section (in your account which can be accessed through the avatar in the top right hand corner). The cancellation will then come into effect when your 12 month period is over. 

Please note that you cannot cancel the current subscription period once started because as soon as we have provided you with your Zoom EV code, you have access to the benefits for those 12 months. You can therefore only cancel for the next subscription period.
