The whole sharing experience was excellent. The signing up to Zoom-EV was easy and Dana and Olivia’s phone calls assisting me were a pleasure. Before I made my booking I visited the dealership without an appointment and was quickly invited to sit in the car. Oliver, introduced me to some of the technological features. Upon returning home I made my booking on Zoom-EV and used the Mercedes Benz web site to look at some short videos on EVs which were worth looking at.
