How do I access my benefits?

So you have access to the best EV benefits on the market - how do you access them?

Where to access your Bundle and Code: 

When you purchase or have accepted your Bundle (from a Partner) on our website, have completed your personal information and provided your payment information, you will instantly be given access to your EV Driver Benefits Bundle along with the code(s) which enable you to start using the benefits / discounts straight after your purchase.

You will also receive a confirmation email with a link to the Bundle on our website, please check your junk email if you have not received it. 

You can access your Bundle and code(s) inside your Zoom EV account on our website at any time by logging in and going to 'My Bundles'. 

  

How to access your benefits through our Partners:  

The Bundle PDF includes a description on how to apply your Zoom EV code to the different products and services on offer. Each Partner may have a slightly different process (for some, you enter the code into their app or website, and others you provide it by email or on the phone) so this is explained in the Bundle.

However, the Zoom EV Member Support Team are here to help you and in many cases can contact the partners you are interested in directly on your behalf to save you the hassle! So please get in touch with us at membersupport@zoom-ev.com and let us know the offerings you'd like to take up.

Please note, you can use your Zoom EV code across all of our Partners except for Q-Park for which you'll be given a separate unique code (see the Q-Park page in your Bundle).
